Lost 6-2 to Daulet NIYAZBEKOV (KAZ) in quarterfinals, beat Alexander SEMISOROW (GER) 8-0 in repechage, lost 8-7 to Bajrang PUNIA (IND) in bronze-medal match after leading 6-0....This year, silver medalist at Matteo Pellicone tournament in March behind Punia, losing 2-2 on takedown in final 30 seconds....2019 Asian U-23 champion, winning all three matches by fall or technical fall without giving up a point. In final, pancaked Amir Mohammad YAZDANI (IRI) twice before winning by fall....In 2018, 7th at World Championships after losing to Punia 5-3 in quarterfinals, 9th at World U-23 after 1st-round loss to Rio 2016 silver medalist Rei HIGUCHI (JPN).
