سوخی تسرنچیمد (مغولستان)، ژو فنگ (چین) و ژو کیان (چین) هر سه پس از شکست یا حذف از رقابتهای مرحله نهایی جایزه بزرگ، در رنکینگ کشتی زنان جهان لغزش داشتند.

چهارمین نایب قهرمان جهان یعنی سوفیا ماتسون(سوئد) هم در جایزه بزرگ باکو باخت اما در جایگاه دوم وزن 53 کیلوگرم باقی ماند. ماتسون در فینال با حساب 2 بر یک به هلن مارولیس آمریکایی که صدرنشین رنکینگ در 55 کیلوگرم است، باخت.

با این حال هشت قهرمان جهان در صدر رنکینگ کشتی زنان باقی ماندند هرچند که سورونزونبولد باتستسگ از مغولستان که عنوان قهرمانی وزن 63 کیلوگرم جهان را در اختیار دارد، در جایزه بزرگ به راگنتا قربانزاده نایب قهرمان جوانان جهان از آذربایجان باخت.

Pirozhkova took the 63kg crown with wins over world bronze medalists Valeria LAZINSKAYA (RUS) and Taybe YUSEIN (BUL). The 2012 world champion reportedly will wrestle at 63kg in the run-up to the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

The final rankings for 2015 take into account as many events on the United World Wrestling calendar as possible with the world championships given the largest consideration followed by continental competitions and the grand prix events.

The top six wrestlers in each weight category at the world championships were awarded the top six positions in September, but a handful of those positions were reevaluated in light of head-to-head encounters in October and November.

The bulk of the rankings were determined, in part, by a wrestler’s performance in Las Vegas, when applicable, along with results in competition throughout 2015.

Wrestlers in the rankings are listed by name, country code, most notable or most recent result over the last 12 months, and their position in the previous rankings.

Asian champion ZHONG Xuechun (CHN) defeated PAK Yong-MI (PRK) in a rematch of their Asian championships final in Doha for the other bronze medal in Baku.
