Mission

To promote, develop, and support the growth of wrestling in schools and universities worldwide by integrating the sport into educational systems, fostering young talent, and building sustainable pathways from grassroots to elite levels.

Tasks and duties

• Promote wrestling as a key component of physical education and youth development
• Support the establishment and expansion of wrestling programs in schools and universities
• Collaborate with educational institutions, ministries, and sport governing bodies
• Encourage participation in international events such as the ISF Gymnasiade and FISU Championships
• Provide training and resources for coaches and educators involved in wrestling in schools and universities
