Committee Mission

The Grappling & Pankration Committee is tasked with promoting Grappling, Pankration and Amateur MMA sports on a global scale, fostering their growth and visibility across diverse regions. The committee is responsible for developing and maintaining the official annual competition calendar, ensuring well-coordinated events that align with international standards. It actively engages in reviewing and enhancing the rules and regulations to improve fairness, safety, and the overall quality of competition. Additionally, the committee supports various initiatives and activities organized around Grappling, Pankration, and Amateur MMA, including educational programs, referee training, and athlete development, thereby contributing to the sustainable advancement and professionalization of these disciplines worldwide.
